Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia seeks a maintenance-focused specialist to lead Planned Maintenance in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment. You will oversee equipment performance, process settings, and PM/R&M activities on the line with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of AM/PM, TPM pillars, and PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron); FMCG experience and robotics familiarity are pluses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in the FMCG
• Proven experience maintaining filling and packaging machines
• Strong working knowledge of PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron)
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with robotics is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Deliver SQCDSM targets for lines and participate in DMS meetings at shift/line level
• Own technology and centerline settings for equipment; manage PM and maintenance budgets
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans; build technician skills
• Lead TPM pillars, coach SWP owners, and drive PDCA improvements
• Assist in line improvements with Asset and Reliability teams; manage change and spares localization
