Job summary

WAKAKA Group seeks an Outlet Supervisor in Medan to oversee daily outlet operations, ensure SOP compliance, and lead the outlet team to deliver consistent service.

You will manage inventory, cash handling, and cost controls while driving sales and KPI achievement, and coordinate with the Area Manager to boost outlet performance.

The role requires 2+ years in F&B supervision, strong leadership, good communication, and willingness to work shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Outlet Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, or similar role in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Target-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to be assigned based on company operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the outlet team.
• Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory, food cost, and operational expenses.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
• Drive sales performance and achieve outlet KPIs and business targets.
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate with the Area Manager to improve outlet performance.
