Job summary

LittleLives is seeking a Sales Support Executive for a 3-month contract to back outbound prospecting across Indonesia and Malaysia. You will run cold calls, qualify interest, and book qualified presentation slots for the sales team.

This role focuses on backlog work with potential extension; strong English and Bahasa Malaysia required, Bahasa Indonesia a plus, and CRM discipline is essential to keep the pipeline clean.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or B2B cold calling.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
• Basic CRM familiarity (training will be provided if needed).
• Confident phone manner, resilient to rejection, organized with follow-ups.
• Available for the full contract period, with flexibility to extend if the role continues.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to a defined list of prospects in Malaysia and Indonesia (Singapore to follow), prioritizing backlog and new-segment leads.
• Introduce LittleLives and gauge basic interest and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate product presentation appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records in the CRM.
• Follow up on non-responsive contacts to maximize connect rates.
• Hand off qualified, scheduled appointments to the relevant sales executive with basic context.
