Job summary

Evyap is seeking an Outbound Controller for its Sei Mangkei site in North Sumatra. The role focuses on controlling and coordinating outbound activities, from finished goods prep to shipment, ensuring timely and compliant deliveries.

You will collaborate with Warehouse, Production, QC, and Logistics to optimize dispatch, while maintaining accurate records. Candidates should have 1+ years in logistics or FMCG, strong packing knowledge, and solid MS Office skills.

• Preferably has 1+ years of experience in logistic, warehouse finish good roles, based in Oleochemical Industry or FMCG Industry

Responsibilities

• Outbound Controller is responsible for controlling and monitoring outbound activities, including finished goods preparation, loading, shipment coordination, documentation, and ensuring safe, timely, and accurate deliveries in compliance with company procedures and HSE standards.
• Control and monitor outbound activities including finished goods preparation, loading, and shipment to customers or ports.
• Ensure outbound processes comply with delivery schedules, quantity, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, QC, and Logistics/Transporters to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
• Prepare and verify outbound documents (DO, packing list, COA, MSDS, shipping instruction).
• Monitor loading activities for bulk, ISO tank, flexibag, and drum packaging.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP, and company procedures during outbound operations.
• Handle and report outbound issues such as delivery delays, discrepancies, or damages.
• Maintain accurate outbound records and daily shipment reports.
