Job summary

PT. ICCS Global Industries di Semarang sedang mencari kandidat untuk posisi eksport/logistik guna mendukung proses perdagangan internasional.

Anda akan bernegosiasi dengan pihak forwarding, menyiapkan dokumen ekspor, memesan pengiriman, serta memantau seluruh aktivitas ekspor hingga penerimaan di tujuan. Kualifikasi meliputi pendidikan diploma/bachelor, pengalaman ekspor minimal 2 tahun, serta kemampuan analitis dan penguasaan MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Economics/Logistics with GPA ≥ 3.00
• Export or logistics experience minimum 2 years
• Understanding of export procedures and document completion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented and responsible in administrative tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Available to join as soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and communicate with forwarding parties for rate and shipment updates
• Prepare and check export documents (shipping instructions, invoices, P List, LOI, Weathering Certificate)
• Book shipping according to scheduled ETD
• Monitor export and ensure administrative completeness
• Ensure all export shipments are completed properly
• Prepare export activity reports to Customs & Shipping
• Monitor arrival of goods at destination (ETA)
• Handle technical problems and set up truck operations for loading
• Document loading processes when shipping

Job description

Negotiate and communicate with forwarding parties for rate and shipment schedule updates.

Prepare and check export documents such as shipping instructions, invoices, P List, LOI, Weathering Certificate, etc.

Book the shipping according to the scheduled ETD.

Monitor export and ensure administrative completeness.

Ensure all export shipments are completed properly.

Prepare and provide export activity reports to relevant agencies (Customs & Shipping).

Monitors arrival of goods to destination (Estimated ETA).

Handle technical problems and set up truck operations for loading activities.

Documenting the process of loading goods when shipping.

Requirements :

Diploma/Bachelor Degree in All Major preferably Business, Management, Economy and Logistic with GPA minimum 3.00 or equivalent.

Having experience with Export or Logistic min. 2 years

Good understanding with export procedures and document completion

Proficient in operating Ms. Office

High responsibility and detail oriented on administrative job

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
