Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Product Specialist for MedTech sales in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The role combines clinical OR support, sales execution, surgeon education, and territory growth to drive adoption of joint replacement solutions including hip, knee, and robotic-assisted orthopedic products.

You will collaborate with surgeons, hospitals, distributors, and internal teams to deliver clinical and commercial outcomes while traveling to customer sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biomedical Eng, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2-5 years medical device or healthcare sales experience (orthopedics preferred).
• English proficiency and OR support experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and territory objectives.
• Develop territory plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Grow market share in assigned accounts.
• Account management: acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Become a SME of company’s products to support the surgery and customer education.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to execute educational programs and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and submit timely business reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations in all commercial activities.
