PT Mitsi Citra Mandiri is seeking an HRD Manager (Human Resources & Organisation Development) to design and implement HR strategies that support business targets. You will develop organisational structures, job systems, workload analysis, and workforce planning, while delivering strategic HR insights to the Board.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Psychology, preferably Industrial and Organisational Psychology (PIO), Human Resources Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in Manager/Assistant Manager position or equivalent
• Strong experience and understanding in Organisation Development (OD), including organisational structure design and evaluation, job analysis and job description development, workload analysis, manpower planning, competency development, career progression, performance appraisal systems, and organisational effectiveness evaluation
• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes including recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefit, employee relations, and labour administration and compliance
• Ability to develop and design KPI, performance evaluation systems, job grading, and HR policies and procedures aligned with company strategy
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and cross-departmental coordination skills
• Experience in developing company culture, internalising company values, and change management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience in data processing and HR reporting for management
• High integrity, results-oriented, proactive, decisive, and able to maintain confidentiality of company information
