Job summary

APP Group in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Organizational Development (OD) Manager to shape and implement our people and process strategies. You will lead organizational design, manpower planning, and performance management initiatives to drive business goals.

You will identify high-potential talent, coordinate leadership development, and guide change initiatives while analyzing workforce data to provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, or HR Development.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Good understanding of organizational design, performance management, and talent development.
