Key Responsibilities

• Organizational Design & Restructuring: Lead company-wide organizational design initiatives and restructuring efforts to optimize operational efficiency and agility.
• Performance Management: Direct the end-to-end Performance Management Cycle - from KPI formulation and periodic evaluations to leveraging appraisal data for strategic decision-making.
• Talent Management & Succession: Establish and drive a robust Talent Management framework, including Talent Profiling, Succession Planning, and targeted retention strategies for critical roles.
• Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with executive leadership to ensure all organizational, performance, and talent strategies directly support short- and long-term Corporate Strategic Goals.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or strategic HR management roles.
• Skills: Strong expertise in org design principles, KPI cascade methodologies, workforce planning, and data-driven performance analysis.
• Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
