Job summary

AXA Group in Jakarta, Indonesia, is recruiting a HR OD professional to drive performance management and organizational design. You will maintain job descriptions and org structures in line with business changes and AXA standards.

You will partner with HRBPs and leaders to ensure effective policy alignment, process improvements, and reporting on progress. A bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field and at least 2 years in HR OD are required.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of job descriptions and organizational structure with HRBP and leaders.
• Coordinate and manage the performance management process with Strategy Performance team to set SMART goals and monitor progress.
• Support leadership in driving organizational improvements and implementing organization effectiveness initiatives.
• Assist in creating or updating policies and procedures in line with AXA Group standards.

Overview

This role supports the implementation of performance management processes to build a high‑performance culture and strong organizational values. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining organizational structures and job descriptions in line with business and organizational changes. Additionally, this position plays a key role in reviewing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end management of job descriptions and organizational structure by collaborating with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to ensure continuous alignment with organizational changes and business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end performance management process by coordinating with the Strategy Performance team and HR Business Partners to set SMART business goals, facilitate goal setting through year‑end review cycles, monitor completion progress, and provide timely reporting and action plans as required.
• Support the direct superior in driving continuous organizational improvements by identifying efficiency and effectiveness opportunities, implementing organization effectiveness interventions, staying informed on relevant trends, and supporting human capital–related project initiatives.
• support direct superior in creating new and/or modify existing policy & procedures in alignment with organizational requirements and AXA Group standards.
