Arya Noble is seeking an Organization Development professional to drive effectiveness through research, benchmarking, and analysis aligned with our goals. The role focuses on ensuring fairness in job evaluation and building scalable organizational architecture across functions.

You will partner with strategy, productivity, and leaders to set meaningful OKRs and KPIs, manage workload and manpower planning, and lead change initiatives with stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements.

Formación

• 3–4 years in Organization Development or HR fields.
• Solid understanding of Human Capital and Organization Development.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Provide analysis regarding organizational effectiveness through research, benchmarking, and comparative analysis to improve alignment with goals.
• Analyze employee fulfillment requests, mutation, rotation, and workload to support manpower planning.
• Set OKRs and KPIs for employees by collaborating with strategy, productivity, and leaders to align with organizational goals.
• Perform job evaluation using defined tools to ensure fairness and balance across positions.
• Provide organizational architecture across functions and units to create value and optimize operations.
• Maintain good relations and collaborate with internal and external parties to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage change management implementation with stakeholders to achieve objectives smoothly.
• Provide data such as employee data, OSI, MPP, and organizational architecture to support decisions.

• Provide analysis regarding organizational effectiveness by doing research, benchmarking, and comparative analysis to identify opportunities in improving the effectiveness aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze and verify for each employee fulfillment request, employee mutation, rotation, and work load analysis from across function and business unit in Arya Noble to maintain the man power planning and support man resources needed.
• Analyze and verify OKRs and KPI for each employee by collaborating with strategy management, productivity management, and leaders to establish productive employees aligned with organization goals.
• Perform job evaluation using defined tools or methods by analyzing job descriptions and scope for each position to maintain the principle of fairness and balance between position.
• Provide organizational architecture across functions and business units in Arya Noble to continuously create value for present and future customers, optimizing and organizing itself.
• Maintain good relation and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage implementation of change management based on the plan by collaborating with related stakeholders to achieve change objectives and a smooth process.
• Provide data needed, such as employee data, OSI, MPP data, organizational architecture, and ad hoc data related to organization development to support organizational operations and decision making.
• Provide organization development activities report and other reports related to it to monitor and evaluate the progress.

Requirements
