Arya Noble is seeking an Organization Development Specialist to map needs across the organization, define roles and responsibilities, and align HR processes with business goals. You will conduct job analyses across functions, create metrics such as OKRs and KPIs, and support manpower planning and organizational changes.

Responsibilities include maintaining OD databases, updating ERF/FAK dashboards, and producing ongoing reports to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years in Organization Development or HR is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Human Capital and OD.
• Business understanding beneficial for OD analysis.
• Proficient in workloads, job analysis, and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Gather user needs regarding organization fulfillment (Structure, Job Description, Manpower Additional) and analyze their alignment with organization/company needs to create an accurate job set and recommendation.
• Perform job analysis across functions and business unit to identify responsibilities, roles, and expectations for each position.
• Develop Objective Key Result for leader position and Key Performance Indicator for non leader position by analyzing job description and organization objective to provide metrics for evaluating of job holder.
• Perform analysis for each employee fulfillment request, employee mutation or rotation to maintain manpower planning and support resources needed.
• Perform workload analysis to identify load for a position or analyze optimal number of manpower in organization.
• Maintain good relations and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage organization development database by updating ERF & FAK to dashboard, updating HRIS System, Organization Structure and related data to OD to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage MPP (Man Power Planning) data and ensure up-to-date data, to support analysis of organizational productivity.
• Support organization change management by preparing data needs for implementation and analyzing impact or result from the change.
• Monitor OD dashboard and create reports for ongoing OD activities (ERF, FAK, etc) to be processed and evaluated.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering Major
• 1 - 2 Years in Organization Development or Human Resources Field will be a plus point ;
• Good understanding of Human Capital and Organization Development.
• Having business understanding.
