Job summary

Sociolla is seeking an Organizational Development professional to continuously review and enhance the company structure and job descriptions. The role focuses on productivity improvements, competency development, and a robust rewards system aligned with responsibilities and workload.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of OD experience, expertise in performance management, and strong analytical and communication skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Fluency in English is required.

• Expert in Performance Management System.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.

• Advanced to use Microsoft Excel & Power Point.
