Job summary

PT Masmindo Dwi Area is seeking an Organization Development & Performance Management Officer to design, manage, and evaluate OD initiatives and drive our corporate performance cycle.

You will leverage strong data analytics to provide strategic insights on organizational structure, competency mapping, performance evaluation, and workforce effectiveness—ensuring our organization stays aligned and equipped to hit its long-term business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management, Psychology or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Corporate HR or as an HR Consultant.
• Hands-on experience in Organization Development (OD) and Performance Management.
• Strong data analytics capabilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in managing data structures and formulas using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Performance Management cycle, from establishing performance objectives (OKRs) and conducting performance reviews to calibrating ratings for STI payouts and annual bonuses.
• Design, maintain, and standardize updates to organizational structures, role profiling, and job descriptions to ensure alignment with operational dynamics.
• Formulate and implement policy frameworks regarding promotions, career progression, and employee competency mapping.
• Collect and conduct in-depth analysis on Human Capital data to deliver data-driven management reports.
• Drive the digitalization of HC workflows, automate evaluation data collection, and design efficient performance monitoring dashboards.

We are looking for an Organization Development & Performance Management Officer to design, manage, and evaluate organizational development initiatives and drive our corporate performance management cycle.

In this role, you will leverage strong data analytics to provide strategic insights on organizational structure, competency mapping, performance evaluation, and workforce effectiveness—ensuring our organization stays aligned and equipped to hit its long-term business goals.
