Job summary

PT Masmindo Dwi Area is seeking an Organization Development & Performance Management Officer to lead the design, management and evaluation of OD initiatives and the corporate performance cycle. The role emphasizes strong data analytics to deliver actionable insights on structure, competency mapping and workforce effectiveness, aligning with corporate goals.

Placement: Head Office. A background in OD and PM with Excel/Sheets and optional Power BI or Python is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management, Psychology, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Corporate HR or as an HR Consultant.
Proven experience in Organization Development and Performance Management.
Strong data analytics skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end Performance Management cycle, including OKRs and performance reviews.
Design, maintain, and update organizational structures, role profiles, and job descriptions.
Formulate and implement policies on promotions, career progression, and competency mapping.
Collect and analyze Human Capital data to generate data-driven management reports.
Drive digitalization of HC workflows and design dashboards for performance monitoring.
