KG Media is seeking an Organization Development professional to design and optimize the company’s structure and job classifications. You will evaluate roles, analyze productivity, and drive initiatives that align with business goals.

The role requires hands-on experience in organization design, operating models, job analysis, and HR data analytics, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organization Development or related role.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Organization Development.
• Proficiency with organizational design tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio) and core Office (advanced Excel & PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience in Organization Design, Operating models, Job Analysis, RACI, and HR Data Analytics.
• Strong HR principles and end-to-end employee lifecycle knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job description

• Design, review, and maintain organizational structures, while conducting job analysis and job classification to align with corporate business dynamics.
• Perform job evaluations, establish job classification standards, and analyze productivity and performance metrics across business units.
• Execute and monitor ongoing change management and growth management initiatives within the company.
• Implement and track performance management systems.
• Analyze HR metrics (including headcount movement, productivity, and turnover), generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for leadership.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in Organization Development or a related role.
• Proficiency in organizational design tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio) and core Microsoft Office software (advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience in Organization Design, Operating models, Job Analysis, RACI framework, Business Process Mapping, and HR Data Analytics.
• Solid grasp of HR principles and the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
• Proven project management capabilities with high attention to detail and strict adherence to confidentiality.
• Proactive, structured approach to managing multiple initiatives independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
