Job summary

KG Media (Kompas Gramedia Group of Media) seeks a strategic planning professional to lead business planning for KG Media and its subordinate units in Jakarta. You will ensure the strategy alignment from the corporate level to department function and drive the implementation of major strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership to manage matrix teams, proficiency in MS Office and project management tools, and an excellent understanding of the media landscape.

Qualifications

• Industrial engineering background preferred.
• Experience in Business Strategy, Strategy Management, and Project Management.
• Strong understanding of the media industry.
• Ability to lead matrix teams with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (JIRA, Genius, Primavera, etc.).
• Fresh graduates with related experiences are welcome.
