The role requires hands-on experience in organization design, operating models, job analysis, and HR data analytics, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organization Development or related role.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Organization Development.
• Proficiency with organizational design tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio) and core Office (advanced Excel & PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience in Organization Design, Operating models, Job Analysis, RACI, and HR Data Analytics.
• Strong HR principles and end-to-end employee lifecycle knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, review and maintain organizational structures and classify jobs.
• Perform job evaluations, establish classification standards, and analyze productivity.
• Drive ongoing change management and growth initiatives within the company.
• Implement and monitor performance management systems.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for leadership.
