Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years in HR, with at least 3 years in OD and TM.
• Experience designing and implementing talent management, succession planning, and L&D.
• Strong knowledge of change management and employee engagement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Design organisational development programmes including change management and leadership development.
• Conduct organisational assessments to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Support succession planning and development pathways.
• Align talent strategies with business objectives with senior leadership.
• Oversee training and development programmes to boost capability and engagement.
• Manage performance management systems across the organisation.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and leaders.
• Monitor talent metrics and workforce analytics to inform decisions.
