Job summary

Vortech Corp in Jakarta seeks a highly organized Human Capital Officer to lead recruitment, HR administration, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent development across Vortech Corp and its ecosystem companies.

You will work with executives to ensure the right people, structure, culture, and development systems support business growth, with focus on KPI-driven reviews, policy development, and seamless HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources / Human Capital, recruitment, talent management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR management, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employment practices.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Human Capital / HR activities across Vortech Corp and ecosystem companies.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, administration, performance management, development, and offboarding.
• Support recruitment: job descriptions, vacancy announcements, screenings, interviews, assessments, and hiring coordination.
• Coordinate manpower planning with executives and department heads.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Develop and update HR policies, regulations, and internal guidelines.
• Manage attendance, leave, working arrangements, and other administration.
• Assist in salary structures, compensation, benefits, incentives, and allowances.
• Support talent development initiatives, training, mentoring, and career development.
• Coordinate internships and Talent Acceleration Program (TAP).
• Enhance employee engagement, culture, discipline, communication, and values.
• Support organizational restructuring and ecosystem manpower development.
• Prepare HR reports and manpower analysis; utilize AI tools for recruitment and HR productivity.
