Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years in HR with at least 3 years in Organisational Development and Talent Management.
• Experience in talent management programmes including succession planning, performance management, and learning & development.
• Knowledge of organisational design, change management methodologies, and employee engagement best practices.
• Experience in organisational assessments and workforce data analysis.
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership development and coaching programmes.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent management strategies identifying, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
• Design and deliver organisational development programmes including change management and leadership development.
• Conduct assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in structure, processes, and culture.
• Support succession planning and create development pathways for high-potential employees.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business goals.
• Oversee training and development programmes to enhance capabilities and engagement.
• Manage performance management systems across the organisation.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and leaders to improve effectiveness.
