Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Talent, Recruitment, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating recruitment and remote hiring processes is highly preferred.
• Comfortable conducting interviews and communicating professionally in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes end-to-end.
• Conduct and coordinate online & offline interviews in English.
• Manage job postings across ATS platforms and job boards.
• Support the improvement of performance-based review systems.
