Job summary

PetroSea is seeking an experienced Organization Development lead to oversee strategy, structure design, and job evaluation aligned with business objectives. You will steer design initiatives, benchmarking, and integrated HC processes, while implementing SHE programs to ensure risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in OD, strong consulting background, and proven experience in organization design and job grading within a dynamic corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field (Psychology, HRM, Industrial Engineering)
• Minimum 5 years in Organization Development, Strategy, or design
• Experience with job evaluation, JE, and grading
• Experience in integrated HC/OD environments and business transformation

Job description

Oversee the development and implementation of organization strategy and organization development initiatives to ensure alignment between organizational structures, job architecture, and business objectives. Supervise the execution of organization design, job evaluation, and integrated Human Capital initiatives, ensuring the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of deliverables while providing recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness and support business transformation.

Analyze business requirements, organizational structures, and operating models to identify opportunities for organizational improvement and alignment with business objectives. Organizational analyses are completed accurately and generate actionable recommendations aligned with business requirements.

Develop and review organization structures, job roles, reporting relationships, and spans of control to support effective organizational design and resource allocation. Organization design deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and approved organizational requirements.

Conduct job evaluation using the applicable methodology, including job analysis, evaluation factor assessment and position benchmarking to ensure consistent and appropriate job grading. Job evaluations are completed accurately and consistently in accordance with the established methodology and evaluation guidelines.

Execute integrated HC and OD initiatives, including organization design, job evaluation, job architecture, job profiling, and other relevant organization strategy modules, ensuring alignment across related HC processes. Assigned HC and OD initiatives are delivered within agreed timelines and demonstrate consistency across relevant modules.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering or any related field

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience in Organization Development, Organization Strategy, organizational design, or a related field.
• Candidates with 2–3 years of experience may be considered if they have a strong consulting background and have delivered multiple OD modules end-to‑to‑end
• Demonstrated experience independently conducting Job Evaluation (JE), including position analysis, evaluation, and grade calibration
• Experience in an integrated HC or OD environment
