• Maintain Job Descriptions for all positions.
• Update all Organization attributes in the system.
• Validate and process position code and vacancy requests.
• Prepare OD-related reports and maintain organizational databases.
• Identify insights for process and system improvements.

Education

Minimum S1 in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering or related field major
