Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in Organization Development, HR Organizational Design, or related HR roles.
• Preferably has experience in organization structure management, Job Description review, manpower planning, or HR data management.

• Prepare and update procedures and guidance for OD governance.
• Review and analyze Organization Structure change requests.
• Maintain and update Job Descriptions for all positions.
• Validate and process position code and vacancy requests.
