PT Yupi Indo Jelly Gum is seeking an experienced Organizational Development professional to design and implement OD strategies aligned with our business goals. The role involves conducting structure, span-of-control, role, and workload analyses to optimize organization design.

You will coordinate reviews with HR and business stakeholders, support manpower planning, and standardize job documentation. The incumbent will map HR processes, drive change initiatives, and provide data-driven insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in HR especially in Organization Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, or related areas.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of OD frameworks, change management, learning & development, and organizational effectiveness
• Proven experience in managing cross functional projects and working with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct organizational structure, span-of-control, role, and workload analysis.
• Coordinate organization review and restructuring activities with HR and business stakeholders.
• Support manpower planning, HC productivity analysis, and workforce projection.
• Develop, review, and standardize Job Descriptions and job-related documentation.
• Support KPI setting, performance review, and performance management improvement.
• Map and improve HR processes, workflows, SOPs, and governance to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support change management and organizational culture initiatives.
• Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to HR and management.
