Job summary

Daikin Applied Solutions Indonesia (DASI) is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Staff to join our Finance & Accounting team in Jakarta. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders, invoices, and supporting documents while coordinating with internal departments and customers to support smooth business operations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00, 1–3 years in administrative/order processing roles, proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields; minimum GPA 3.00.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative, order processing, finance administration, sales administration, or related roles.
• Proficient in Spreadsheet / MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with large volumes of documents.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Process and release Sales Orders, Sales Invoices, and related documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all sales transactions comply with company procedures, approval matrix, and documentation requirements.
• Monitor order fulfillment, invoice processing, and document delivery to support smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, SCM, Credit Control, and Accounting) as well as customers regarding order and invoicing matters.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding documents, invoice deliveries, and customer requirements.
