Qualifications

Job description

This position is responsible for processing and reporting monthly sales data, supporting budget preparation, calculating dealer sales achievements for reward programs, managing prices and discounts in SAP, and coordinating the preparation and distribution of price lists. In addition, the role involves maintaining ISO documentation and handling regulatory documentation and product certifications for air conditioning (AC) products, including SNI, energy efficiency, Wi-Fi certification, and supporting documents required for importing AC products into Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process and report monthly sales data to management and factory
• Support management in preparing the budget
• Prepare, calculate and summarize dealer sales achievement data for reward programs
• Coordinate with Product Marketing and Graphic Design teams on the editing, printing and distribution of price lists
• Enter and maintain data in SAP for prices, discounts and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Maintain ISO-related documentation, including quality target achievement reports, vendor evaluations and other relevant documents
• Understand the regulatory requirements for importing air conditioners (ACs) to Indonesia, including SNI (Indonesian National Standard), energy efficiency (SHE), Wi-Fi certification, and registration of user manuals and warranty cards
• Support the preparation and submission of required documents through government portals by coordinating with factories, testing laboratories, certification bodies and regulatory authorities to obtain product certifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with 1–2 years of work experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data processing, formulas, and reporting) and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of regulations related to air conditioning (AC) products in Indonesia would be an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to work with data, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
