Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit service repair quotations to customers and follow up on quotations and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Monitor the status and completion of service work.
• Submit spare parts requests to the Spare Parts Department.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation and records of service repair activities.
• Follow up on Accounts Receivable (AR) related to service work.
• Record customer payments and manage customer Virtual Account registration.
