Job summary

PT Daikin Applied Solutions Indonesia (DASI) is looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Staff to join our Finance & Accounting team in Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and invoices and support documentation.

You will coordinate with Sales, SCM, Credit Control, and Accounting to keep operations smooth, maintain records, and follow up on outstanding documents, with a focus on accuracy and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Banking or Business Administration with GPA ≥ 3.00.
• 1-3 years of experience in administrative, order processing, finance administration, sales administration, or related roles.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with large volumes of documents.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Process and release Sales Orders, Sales Invoices, and related documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all sales transactions comply with company procedures, approval matrix, and documentation requirements.
• Monitor order fulfillment, invoice processing, and document delivery to support smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, SCM, Credit Control, and Accounting) as well as customers regarding order and invoicing matters.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding documents, invoice deliveries, and customer requirements.
