Job summary

CHEE SONG FOODS PTE LTD is seeking an organised and proactive Order Processing & Customer Service Associate in Jakarta Barat. You will receive, verify, and process orders across phone, email, and online channels, keeping customers updated on stock and delivery status.

Responsibilities include coordinating with warehouse and logistics partners, monitoring stock levels, and supporting data migration tasks between ERP and cloud systems such as Xero. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing, customer service or logistics coordination is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Xero experience required; ERP-to-cloud migration experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with high call volumes and fixing order discrepancies quickly.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process customer orders from phone, email, and online channels with full accuracy
• Handle customer calls and enquiries, resolve issues, and update customers on stock availability and delivery status
• Coordinate with the warehouse, drivers and logistics partners for on-time dispatch and delivery
• Monitor stock levels and work with suppliers to prevent fulfilment delays
• Keep accurate records of orders, customer communication, and delivery tracking
• Support the ERP-to-Xero migration and Sell & Chill integration, including data migration, reconciliation, SOPs and user training
• Use AI tools to check orders, and suggest improvements to the order workflow
