Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking an order administrative staff to manage order entry and data accuracy in SAP and XPC. You will prepare regular reports and coordinate with multiple departments to maintain smooth order flow.

The role requires basic to advanced MS Excel skills, good English communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience is preferred.
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP, XPC, ERP will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined & able to work under deadline.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, input, and update customer orders in SAP and XPC (buyer system).
• Maintain order accuracy, including price and data matching.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports to related departments and management.
• Update and monitor shipping inspection (SI) and handle amendment requests.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth order flow.
