Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
Fresh graduates welcome; experience preferred.
Good English communication skills (both written & spoken).
Proficient in MS Office – especially Excel.
Familiarity with systems such as XPC, ERP, or SAP will be an advantage.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined & able to work under deadline.

Responsibilities

Receive, check, input, and update customer orders in SAP and XPC (buyer system).
Maintain order accuracy, including price and data matching.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports to related departments and management.
Update and monitor shipping inspection (SI) and handle amend requests.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth order flow.
