Job summary

Expat Roasters in Bali seeks a Customer Care Supervisor to oversee order processing and client communications. You will receive and verify orders, issue invoices, and maintain records to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.

You will contact customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp, resolve issues with internal teams, and support the sales department with data entry and reporting. One-year contract ending 2026-12-31.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify order details, including customers' personal information and payment details.
• Issue sales transaction invoices and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to promptly respond to queries and obtain any missing information required for order processing.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance, ensuring customers' concerns are addressed effectively.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expedite orders, ensuring they are processed and delivered efficiently.
• Act as a liaison between customers and relevant departments to address and resolve customer feedback and issues.
• Collaborate with the Head of Business Operations to handle customer complaints and ensure resolutions are achieved to customer satisfaction.
• Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed, including assistance with tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
