Job summary

Cermati is seeking a seasoned Operations Strategist to partner with leadership and launch teams to optimize end-to-end operations in Indonesia. You will drive efficiency, scalability, and quality by refining processes, evaluating technology, and leading multifaceted projects.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, sales and customer success, plus guiding a team focused on strategic initiatives and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 5+ years’ experience in Operation Strategist, Project Management, Operations Consulting or Process Improvement.
• Experience designing, implementing and managing projects.
• At least 2+ years leading a team (preferred).
• Change management experience and the ability to influence multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leadership to ensure smooth operations across segments and launches.
• Evaluate processes, technologies and workflows to improve partner experiences.
• Develop strategies to increase efficiency and scalability while maintaining quality.
• Define metrics and targets to monitor day-to-day operations and transparency.
• Ensure operational data analysis needs are met and provide timely reporting.
• Create and manage financial plans including forecasting and tracking performance.
• Develop staff capacity plans for Platform Operations functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success.
• Evaluate, procure and manage technology stack to support operations.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Lead and mentor operations strategist team to grow their careers.
