Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, or distribution logistics for a minimum of 3-5 years
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS)
• Experience in coordinating logistics, distribution, and supply chain operations within a retail or FMCG environment
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience supervising warehouse or logistics staff
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to generate reports using spreadsheet applications and system tools
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and continuous improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with retail operations and understanding of retail distribution channels is preferred
• Flexibility to work shift patterns as required by operational needs

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods
• Monitor and support supply chain systems to ensure accurate data entry, tracking, and reporting of inventory movements
• Coordinate with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products to retail outlets
• Manage distribution schedules and optimize routing to ensure efficient product delivery
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation to maintain accurate stock records
• Generate operational reports and analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to resolve supply chain disruptions
• Liaise between warehouse, distribution, retail, and management teams to ensure seamless communication
• Support the implementation of supply chain policies and procedures across warehouse and distribution operations
