Job summary

ofi Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and product distribution to ensure smooth, efficient business flow at our Tangerang facility. You will lead the Warehouse Team, uphold safety and quality standards, coordinate with multiple stakeholders across regions, and ensure timely cocoa product deliveries with proper shipping documentation.

The role requires a minimum 5 years in warehouse operations, SAP SD/MM proficiency, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in SCM, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Proficient in SAP SD/MM and MS Office.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Safety, Food Safety, and Inventory Waste Management Ambassador.
Collaborate with the Manager on operational improvements and projects.
Ensure timely delivery of cocoa products and provide shipping/export documentation.
Manage customer inquiries and monitor shipment plans.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
Ensure equipment and facilities are well maintained and coordinate repairs.
Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate shortages to stakeholders.
Lead and develop the Warehouse Team with guidance and training.
