Job summary

PT Mitra Bali Sukses (Mie Gacoan) seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Medan distribution center and warehouse operations. You will optimize inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and team performance to ensure productivity and safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering or business administration.
Minimum 5 years in Distribution Center, warehouse or logistics management with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP and supply chain metrics/KPIs.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily DC and warehouse operations (inbound, storage, order fulfillment, outbound).
Collaborate with supply chain and demand planning to optimize stock and prevent stockouts.
Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular counts and internal controls.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate DC staff to ensure safety and productivity.
Streamline processes and manage budgets to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
