Job summary

Pt. Aris Keep Going is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our logistics and inventory operations in Tangerang. You will oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch, and drive continuous improvements to safety and productivity.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in warehouse management, strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control, and proven leadership. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Design layouts and workflows to maximize space utilization and productivity.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff with safety compliance.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs and carriers.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulation compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system updates.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to maximize space utilization and productivity.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety policies and operational procedures.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.

Requirements
