Job summary

Akulaku Group in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a diligent entry-level Operations Associate to support daily operational tasks and SOP implementation across language translation and policy communication.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, fluent Mandarin, and basic finance knowledge. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome, and proficiency in Word and Excel is preferred for data entry and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply

• Basic understanding of Finance or Banking industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on daily operational issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Translate SOPs into required languages and support SOP implementation.
• Communicate and implement internal management policies, requests, and strategic plans.
• Oversee daily verification processes, manage operational and system constraints, and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Ensure accurate data entry and support execution of various operational projects daily
