Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in coordinating and overseeing daily departmental operations.
• Assist with Mandarin translation and communication between management, team members, and stakeholders.
• Work closely with managerial-level stakeholders to support smooth execution of departmental activities.
• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure effective team coordination.
• Act as a backup support for team members when needed.
• Prepare reports, handle administrative tasks, and perform other duties assigned by the Manager.
• Learn and develop professional expertise in the logistics industry.
