Kredivo Group is seeking a Process Improvement Executive to drive new initiatives in Operations, specifically Customer Service, to optimize processes and boost performance. You will collect and analyze data, identify root causes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments and with 3rd parties.

You will collaborate with Product and Data teams, monitor KPIs, and design efficient workflows to ensure timely delivery and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of Process Improvement, BPM, or Operations Excellence experience.
• Experience in fintech or e-commerce service operations preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of process analysis, mapping (Draw.io) and workflow optimization.
• Hands-on root-cause analysis and continuous improvement methods (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent critical thinking and attention to detail; strong communication across teams.

• Analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect, analyze and interpret operational data to identify root causes and solutions.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methods.
• Coordinate with related parties to design efficient workflows.
• Monitor progress and report results to stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Assist with adhoc tasks requested by the manager.
• Monitor project implementation and measure impact using KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Team, and other stakeholders to implement changes.
