Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Indonesia is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to prepare, maintain, analyze, and present operational performance reports for strategic and management meetings.

You will collaborate with the Operations Excellence and BI teams to develop automated reports and dashboards, ensure KPIs reflect current processes, and support the SPX Express team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or related company, preferably in a data analyst or operations performance role.
• Strong data-driven mindset with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and performance dashboards experience with Looker Studio is a plus.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, analyze, and present operational performance reports for strategic and management meetings.
• Provide data-driven insights, monitoring, and recommendations to support continuous improvement across the Operations Team.
• Collaborate with the Operations Excellence and Business Intelligence teams to develop and maintain automated performance reports and dashboards.
• Ensure operational reports accurately reflect the latest processes, KPIs, and business requirements.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the SPX Express team.
