Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Growth Analytics, or a related role; Fresh graduates with strong project portfolios or relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Possess a foundational understanding of Microsoft Excel (e.g., comfortable with basic formulas, filtering, and data entry).
• Demonstrate a strong, genuine eagerness to learn about data analytics and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Support Operational Requests: Manage and prioritize incoming data-related queries from the broader operations team.
• Maintain Data Accuracy: Perform routine data refreshes to ensure business continuity and accuracy.
• Monitor Dashboards: Maintain and update existing operational dashboards so the team always has a clear view of performance.
• Extract Insights: Execute ad-hoc data pulls to answer specific, time-sensitive business questions.
• Develop Reporting: Assist in designing and building new operational reports as you grow and learn in the role.
