Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Analyst to develop and maintain key performance indicators and metrics for our operations function. You will analyze performance data to drive improvements, calculate incentive results, and deliver comprehensive reports for both field and non-field teams.

The role requires strong SQL querying, data analysis, and presentation skills, with experience in performance management within an e‑commerce warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years experience with SQL and data querying.
• Proficient in data analysis, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Experience in performance management within an e-commerce warehouse is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operations KPIs and other performance metrics.
• Provide performance analysis and reports to improve operations.
• Calculate incentives based on performance results.
• Prepare reports for operations and non-field teams.
• Produce hourly operations performance reports.

• Develop & Maintain Operations Key Performance Indicator & other Performance Metrics
• Improve Operations Performance by providing relevant performance analysis & report
• Responsible for operations incentive calculation based on performance result
• Responsible for all report from operations field & non field team
• Responsible for hourly operations performance report

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably from Computer Science/Information Systems (or equivalent work experience) or any related field
• Minimum 4 years experience working with one or more language for querying (SQL)
• Familiar with basic SQL, proficiency in using data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software
• Previous experience in performance management, data analysis, or related roles within an e-commerce warehouse environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, including excellent presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, interpret performance data, passionate to learn new things and challenge the status quo to seek for improvement areas
• Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers and ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
