BINUS Group is seeking an Operations Officer for Bali responsibilities with a focus on reimbursements, procurement, inventory, and data accuracy. You will handle admin tasks, maintain staff and participant records, and coordinate with related units to improve efficiency and documentation quality.

The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience in finance/operations, with strong communication and detail orientation.

• Strong finance reporting, attention to detail and communication skills.

• Process reimbursements and procurement (PR/PO and related tasks).
• Maintain operations inventory and update Participants & Staff data.
• Ensure accuracy of participants & staff information data.
