Job summary

Halodoc is seeking a senior leader to oversee Membership & Onboarding operations, including policy setup, member enrolment, data management, and card personalization, ensuring accuracy and SLA attainment. You will monitor performance, governance, and risk, coordinating with Claims, Provider, Customer Service and other teams to secure smooth operations.

The role requires 5+ years in health/insurance ops, strong Excel and data skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Insurance/Health Insurance/TPA or related operations.
• Experience in Membership, Policy Administration, Client Onboarding, or Insurance Operations.
• Experience in Underwriting or TPA operations preferred.
• Experience leading or supervising a team with good people management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of health insurance and/or TPA operations.
• Attention to detail in handling high-volume data.
• Advanced Excel skills: data validation, reconciliation, lookups, pivots, data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Membership & Onboarding operations, including policy setup, member enrolment, data management, and card personalization, ensuring accuracy and SLA achievement.
• Monitor team performance and operational activities, including productivity, workload, service standards, and reports; provide timely actions or recommendations.
• Maintain governance and compliance by adhering to policies, SOPs, standards, and controls; identify and manage operational risks.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution and business continuity.
• Drive operations improvement through identifying gaps and leading projects to improve efficiency and service quality.
