Qualifications

• Experience in operations across retail, e-commerce, distribution or consumer goods.
• Experience coordinating people, vendors, inventory, and day-to-day workflows.
• Experience with inventory, order-management, or accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong planning, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Able to use operational data to spot issues and explain practical solutions.
• Professional working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across teams, locations, and sales channels, addressing routine issues.
• Manage inventory and fulfillment, maintain stock records, oversee purchasing and replenishment.
• Support customer service performance, monitor feedback and coordinate resolutions.
• Lead and support the team, set priorities, and provide performance feedback.
• Improve processes by documenting SOPs and identifying bottlenecks and costs.
• Monitor performance and costs, track budgets, and report risks to leadership.
• Maintain product and workplace standards, coordinate quality checks and regulatory matters.
• Support business planning with forecasts, promotions, and new product launches.
