Job summary

PT Flextronics Technology Indonesia seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations, inventory control, warehousing, and shipping/receiving, ensuring timely delivery and product quality.

The role involves coordinating with carriers and internal teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards within a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, freight forwarding, or import/export operations.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and transportation management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end shipment process.
• Monitor and control the flow of goods from production (receiving, storage and shipment).
• Implement Shipping Application Dashboard to digitalize logistics operations.
• Coordinate stuffing plans and processes to meet shipment schedules.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers and internal departments for timely, cost-effective movement of materials.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Provide leadership and training to the logistics team for productivity and efficiency.
• Lead Kaizen projects to improve end-to-end logistics productivity.
