Job summary

PT Metalindo Multiperkasa is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the head office and multiple branches, ensuring smooth daily operations across administrative, warehouse, and fleet functions.

The role requires leadership of a ~14-person team, development and enforcement of SOPs, and formal coordination of import processes, with a focus on accuracy and process discipline. You will report to the Owner and uphold high standards of integrity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years operational experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in B2B distributor or trading companies is preferred.
• Strong administration, attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee head office and branch operations, serving as escalation point for operational, administrative, warehouse, and fleet issues
• Make daily operational decisions within authority limits
• Manage ~14 staff including warehouse foremen, driver foremen, admin staff, and office support
• Set targets, evaluate performance, and standardize procedures across locations
• Recruit and develop staff under supervision
• Monitor stock accuracy and manage stock discrepancies
• Approve storage policies and goods handling for stock integrity
• Coordinate delivery scheduling and fleet utilization; oversee vehicle maintenance and licensing
• Coordinate import processes including documentation, freight forwarding, and customs clearance
